Application:

The drill bits are made from roll forged HSS (hi-speed steel) with the standard 118° point and can be used to drill into either metal or wood.

Sharpening:

The drill bits are re-sharpenable several times. We recommend the following machines to sharpen the HSS drill bits:

• Drill Doctor® XP - Diameter range of 2.5mm - 13mm
• Drill Doctor® 500X - Diameter range of 2.4mm - 13mm (19mm accessory available)
• Drill Doctor® 750X - Diameter range of 2.4mm - 19mm
• DAREX® V390 - Diameter range of 3-19mm
